If you are unsatisfied with your IceMule Coolers insulated cooler bag, backpack cooler or catch fish bag for any reason, just return it within 90 days and we’ll gladly refund the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). This money back guarantee also applies if you have simply changed your mind about your purchase – provided that the IceMule is returned in re-saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the cooler is in its original packaging, and is unused and as sold).
How to Arrange a Return
If you need to return an IceMule Cooler, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s)” button. Alternatively, if you checked out as a guest when purchasing you can send us an email at email@example.com. Either way, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned cooler.
You can expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your cooler to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
