Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping anywhere in Australia and New Zealand across the entire IceMule range. All coolers are dispatched from Melbourne within 1 business day! We'll notify you via email when your IceMule is in transit, including an Australia Post tracking ID so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns Policy

No matter what the reason, you may return any items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or replacement!

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

If you need to return an item, simply visit our Contact page and fill out the form. We'll contact you via e-mail once we've received your message and will begin the process for returning your item. Please note, for products purchased through an authorised IceMule stockist, their return policy will apply — please contact them directly for details.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds take 3-10 business days to process depending on your issuing credit card or bank
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the IceMule product was shipped incorrectly or needs to be replaced.
